COVID-19 Support from Telecoms Providers

This page provides a summary of the ways in which telecoms providers are supporting their customers through the COVID-19 pandemic, including the removal of data caps, free calls, and free access to streaming services.

The offers below are listed in alphabetical order by provider. We will update this document with new offers as we become aware of them. Please follow the included links for more information.

Where original press releases gave stated end dates for offers (eg. ‘until the end of April’) these have been noted. However, in some cases these appear to have been extended, you may need to check with your provider to confirm the offers are still available. Wherever these offers have clearly ended, they have been removed from the register.
